This hair can last for 3-5 years depending on how you maintain it. Treat it like your own hair and take
good care of it and it will last up to 5 years.

Yes, you can. Our extensions are 100% virgin human hair that has not been processed in any way.
However, Asian hair is genetically the most difficult hair to lift. Therefore, we recommend with our raw
Vietnamese hair that you get your bundles colored by a licensed professional.

All of our bundles come pre-washed and airdried before being shipped by our vendor.

Before washing your bundles, Brush your hair and remove all tangles and knots from ends to weft. Next,
use warm water to wet hair and apply a high-quality clariying shampoo from weft to mid-shaft to
cleanse bundles. Wash hair going in a downward motion, thoroughly rinse and repeat again. Apply a
moisturizing conditioner that's not too weighing to the midshaft and ends of your hair extensions.
Thoroughly rinse out hair with cold water and let your extensions completely air dry.

We suggest the following: Lengths 20-26" inches You'll need 3 bundles. Lengths 26-32" inches You'll
need 4 bundles or more.

Our raw hair extensions experience VERY MINIMUM shedding meaning (the hair will never have a
noticeable or drastic decrease in its density.) Heat damage, over processing or lack of moisture and
conditioner will cause shedding, so be sure to treat your extensions as you would your own hair by
applying heat protectant before thermal use, detangling, and keeping your hair moisturized.

No, our raw hair extensions will revert back to its natural loose wavy texture after being washed and
airdried. We advise that you use thermal heat protection on your hair extensions before using any
styling tools.

Our hair donors are sourced from Vietnam. Our bundles are 100% UNPROCESSED, virgin Vietnamese
hair. We have our bundles double drawn, so that our bundles can be super thick all the way to the ends for our customers to wear.
